Miles has been leading teams, managing the development of complex systems, and analyzing business practices and processes for over 20 years, across both the private and public sectors. He has formulated budgets for higher education institutions, led business process redesigned projects for federal government agencies, conducted technology assessments for international product companies, supported non-profit IT initiatives, and managed multi-year system implementation projects for national and international insurance companies.
As a former Insurance Practice Program Manager at Edgewater Technology, an international consulting firm, Miles is well versed in assessing business challenges, and providing efficient and effective solutions for organizations of all sizes and industries. Over the course of his career to-date he has assisted many organizations with their core system needs, including Chobani, Preferred Mutual, Transamerica, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (UCIS), the US Department of Justice (DOJ), and many more.
In his free time, Miles enjoys golfing and skiing with his family and friends; he also spends time as a member of the board and volunteer consultant for a local non-profit.
Kim is an extremely capable systems architect with over 20 years of software engineering, solution delivery and professional services experience. She specializes in full life cycle and system integration development using Microsoft technologies.
Her industry experience is vast and covers working with many companies in Life, P&C, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, as well as Financial Services and organizations in the Hospitality and Government sectors. Prior to Cosenta, Kim was a System Architect at Edgewater Technology where she played a key role in helping clients enhance and expand their technology capabilities.
In her free time, Kim enjoys travelling with her family and is a life-long learner, leading her to often audit college level classes and learning new skills.
